There is a beach bar located in the middle of the beach, offering umbrellas and sunbeds. Additionally, there are open areas where you can set up your own chair and umbrella. Fortunately, we managed to find a spot at the far end of the beach, although it was quite small and could only accommodate a limited number of people. The road leading to the beach is quite challenging, with steep inclines and declines, and it does not run in a straight line. However, the effort to reach the beach is definitely worthwhile and worth seeing!
To secure a spot on the beach with an umbrella and sunbeds, it's best to arrive at the crack of dawn or wait until the afternoon. For the upcoming year, the cost for a cozy spot on the sand with a complimentary coffee or beverage is set at 12.50 per individual.
This beach is definitely one of the top picks on the island, boasting an incredible view and being well-maintained by the hotel.
Without a doubt, the most exceptional beach on Thassos can be found here. The sand is of the highest quality, resembling the shape of an hourglass, and the beach itself is spacious and free of stones. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants and taverns situated in the vicinity. During our vacation, we were fortunate enough to be accommodated in the area and spent the majority of our beach days here. In comparison to other beaches on Thassos, none can compare to the magnificence of this one. However, the only downside is that the sun sets behind the mountains earlier than in other areas of the island, reducing the amount of time one can spend on the beach by approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
This beach is quite lovely. For 8-10 euros, you can rent an umbrella, two sunbeds, and enjoy two refreshing drinks. The water is exceptionally clean, and there's ample parking space available.
This beach on Thassos is undoubtedly one of the most stunning ones I have ever visited. What sets it apart from the rest is the exceptional value for money and the impeccable service you receive. It is no surprise that I rate it a perfect 5! The beach itself is truly breathtaking, with soft sand and crystal-clear waters that are a treat for the senses. The prices at the bars are reasonable and comparable to other places. The entire place exudes beauty and tranquility, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The deck chairs are mostly shaded by natural pine trees, and they also provide their own umbrellas made of reeds and canvas. The best part is that the sunbeds and umbrellas are complimentary, which is a rare find. The menu is extensive and has something for everyone, from refreshing drinks to scrumptious food, including salads, pizzas, and desserts. The staff and waiters are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The exit has clean restrooms and showers, adding to the overall experience. All in all, it is a flawless destination that ticks all the boxes!
