This beach has two distinct areas - to the right is the typical beach, but if you venture past the large rocks to the left, you'll find a nudist beach. The entire location is stunning, with crystal clear water that allows you to see your feet. However, the only drawback is the lack of phone signal, so it's advisable to arrange for a driver to pick you up when you're ready to leave.
This beach is really great, although the middle of the sea can be a bit rough. I suggest sticking to the right side of the beach, near the rocks, where the water is a bit more calm. Plus, there's a convenient car park nearby.
This beach is a hidden gem. To reach the naturist area where clothing is optional, you can walk past the left side corner and navigate around the big rocks on the sand. It's a wonderful spot to take a dip and enjoy the natural surroundings. However, it's unfortunate that some men behave aggressively and impolitely, which detracts from the otherwise idyllic atmosphere.
If you don't have a car, the beach is a bit of a distance from the city, but it's undoubtedly the most stunning beach in Rio.
The bar has a fantastic atmosphere and is definitely worth the journey to reach. Additionally, the beach is an excellent place to take a dip. Our visit during the early afternoon on a weekday was quite peaceful, but we anticipate that it may become crowded during weekends.
