To access the beach, you can only get there through the teleférico trail. Once you spot the small kiosk, head left following the sign for guarimari, and then continue to stay on the right path. From this point, it will take approximately 3 kilometers or one hour to reach the beach. Despite encountering some paths that go straight or left, it is important to continue going right in order to arrive at one of the most stunning beaches. The waves are quite strong, but it adds to the fun. You may also come across some people who are camping there. It is advisable to bring plenty of water and food since there are no vendors selling anything. If you start hiking from the nearest entrance point of the trail, it will take about 1 and a half hours to reach the beach. There is parking available, but no one charges a fee of 30 reais.

In my opinion, Middle Beach surpasses Perigoso Beach. To be honest, it's perfect for camping and offers ample opportunities to gather firewood. The only drawback is that the trail takes an additional 15 or 20 minutes. The scenery is truly breathtaking, the water is fantastic, and the sand is exceptionally clean, even cleaner than Perigoso Beach. There are definitely fewer people, making it an ideal destination for large groups or for those seeking solitude.
The beach is a great option in the area, although it can be a bit challenging to reach. There are not many signs along the footpath from the telégrafo trail, and there is a steep rock between Meio and Perigoso. Additionally, if you notice red caution signs on the sand, exercise caution when swimming.
The beach is absolutely stunning. However, reaching it can be slightly challenging. It is not recommended for those who are afraid of descending steep hills using the ropes provided. It's quite easy to slide down once you're there.
