Harrismith beach is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 39th place out of 42 beaches in the Barbados region 21.2 km away from its center, the city of Bridgetown. It is one of the beaches of Harrismith settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a straight coastline with turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Harrismith beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail.

Although the currents are strong, the beach boasts stunning scenery and ample shade. The ruins above are an exciting and intriguing spot to explore. This hidden gem is easy to locate and provides a peaceful escape from the crowds. We came prepared with food, garbage bins, and a table as there are no amenities on the beach. A new boat recently washed ashore, adding to the unique charm of the area. I highly recommend spending an afternoon here to unwind and soak up the tranquility.
