Crane beach is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 9th place out of 42 beaches in the Barbados region 19 km away from its center, the city of Bridgetown. It is one of the beaches of Crane settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

A significant part of the beach has a restricted access. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

Despite the presence of numerous sargasum and flies, the beach still manages to exude an unparalleled beauty with its natural rock formations. It's hard not to appreciate the charm of the pink sand that graces the shore.

In my humble opinion, the beach is slightly overhyped as there are other, more impressive ones in the vicinity. One major downside is the lack of natural shade, which can be quite bothersome during the scorching hot summer months. Additionally, the presence of seaweed in the water and on the shore can be a bit of a nuisance.

The mighty ocean waves crash against the sandy shores, creating a wild and untamed atmosphere at this beach located just a stone's throw away from the prestigious Crane resort. However, if you're looking for a more tranquil and secluded beach experience, you may want to venture to the East where you can find pristine beaches without the hustle and bustle of beach services.

Definitely worth a trip to this beach. The waves are impressively high, making it perfect for lounging and wading in the water. While it may not be the most family-friendly spot, the stunning scenery more than makes up for it. As we descended the stairs from the cliff, we were delighted to find someone serving up freshly-made coconut drinks. It was truly an incredible experience!

The panoramic view of the eastern coast of the island is simply awe-inspiring. Although there is a moderate amount of seaweed, it did not detract from the overall experience. The sand is velvety smooth and the waves can be a bit challenging since it's on the Atlantic side, but there are tranquil days when the water is ideal for a refreshing swim.
