Bottom Bay is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 20th place out of 42 beaches in the Barbados region 21.4 km away from its center, the city of Bridgetown. It is one of the beaches of Harrismith settlement, just 0.7 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a straight coastline with turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Bottom Bay coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities. There are also some surf spots.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

Ah, the Bottom Bay beach on the west coast of Barbados - a true gem of the Caribbean! This vast expanse of sun-kissed sand is a paradise for those who love to snorkel and swim. It's conveniently located near Holetown and is one of the most popular beaches in all of Barbados. One can't help but feel like a mermaid or merman while frolicking in the crystal-clear waters. And let's not forget the breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and palm trees swaying in the breeze. If you're looking for a slice of heaven on earth, Bottom Bay beach is the place to be!

Although the beach wasn't spotless and the ocean waves were a bit turbulent, I couldn't help but envision the potential of this hidden treasure when the weather is more favorable. Despite the less-than-ideal conditions, there was a certain charm to the beach that was undeniable. With a little bit of TLC and some calmer waters, this beach could truly shine.

This serene beach is absolutely splendid, offering a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The refreshing coconut cocktail vendors are a delightful touch, adding to the overall experience. However, it is worth noting that there is another beach in Barbados that unfortunately suffers from littering, with plastic bottles and cups scattered about.

Bottom Bay Beach is a true treasure that is easily accessible. The app accurately directs you to the beach, and there is parking available in an unpaved area that can fit a few cars. The stone steps leading to the beach are beautifully capped with intricate land coral fingerprints. As you make your way down the footpath lined with a dense canopy of trees, you'll be greeted by a visually stunning beach with ample white sand. The sky-high coconut trees sway in the strong wind, adding to the beach's natural beauty. The water is clean and refreshing, but the waves can be quite strong, so it's not recommended for major swimming. Additionally, there is a small cave tucked away in the undercut of the cliff. Overall, Bottom Bay Beach is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to enjoy a serene and picturesque beach experience.
