If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort where you can go hungry, this is the place for you. We found that most of the staff seemed annoyed when we asked simple questions. We were also deceived when we paid for a wine bottle in cash, only to find out later that it was charged to our room. The room itself was small and in poor condition. On one particular day, we experienced a three-hour water outage. The beach was extremely limited in space due to the water taxi, making it feel more like a crowded pool. Additionally, we had to be cautious of stepping on stonefish because of the rocks. The only positive aspect of this resort is the cove bar and the breathtaking sunset view it offers.
This was my first visit to Barbados and I must say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff, from the front desk to the bar staff, were incredibly friendly. The beach was absolutely breathtaking, and the food was equally impressive. I am currently still here, so I will provide an update once I leave, but thus far, I highly recommend it. Thumbs up!
The hotel is really nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The beach and watersports offered are excellent. It's just a short drive from Bridgetown. The swim-up bar is a nice addition, and there are also a couple of small waterfalls that connect the three swimming pools. The rooms could use some minor updates, but I heard that they are scheduled for renovations in 2024.
The staff, hotel, pools, and venue at Crystal Cove were all wonderful! My boyfriend and I had a fantastic week-long stay here. We tried a couple of other hotels that were affiliated with Crystal Cove, but Crystal Cove was definitely the best. I want to give a special mention to Sasha and the gentleman who made the delicious omelettes. Thank you for accommodating us!
The resort staff was absolutely incredible and truly enhanced our trip. The resort itself boasted a stunning design, complete with exquisite gardens and numerous delightful spots to relax and soak in the serene ocean vistas. The beach offered a plethora of activities to keep the kids entertained, and the food was both innovative and delectable, catering to everyone's preferences. I wholeheartedly endorse this resort, and visiting Barbados is an absolute delight.
