Thapsa beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 3th place out of 419 beaches in the Central Greece region 139.5 km away from its center, the city of Lamia. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of Paralia Metochiou settlement, just 5.4 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and gray fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Thapsa beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant. .

To get to the beach, you need to drive along a dirt road about 2km long. Parking is located directly on the beach.

This beach located in Evia island near the Kymi area is truly one of the best. However, getting there requires an off-road vehicle or SUV due to the rough road conditions with steep hills and large rocks. Despite the challenging journey, the beach itself is an absolute paradise. The beach bar is fully equipped with everything you need, including coffee, snacks such as pies, chicken sticks, and fries, as well as beer and alcohol. You can also relax on the comfortable long chairs. Enjoy your time at this breathtaking beach, but be sure to take care of your vehicle on the way there.

This idyllic beach can only be described as a slice of heaven on earth. Nestled at the point where the majestic mountains meet the glistening sea, the water is pristine, clear and invitingly warm. The shoreline is adorned with smooth, rounded rocks in varying shades of grey, providing a unique and charming backdrop. For those seeking a little respite from the sun, a small beach bar offers refreshments and snacks, as well as a few umbrellas for shade. Personally, I preferred the more secluded and natural side of the beach, far from the hustle and bustle of the bar. While an SUV is recommended to navigate the unpaved road, the journey is well worth it, especially after a storm has passed. The beach is blessed with all-day sunshine, making it the perfect spot to soak up the rays and witness the awe-inspiring sunset.
