The beach is really lovely and although I cannot speak for peak season, it is not too busy in September. Additionally, it is easily accessible.
This lovely beach boasts a vast expanse of soft sand and an abundance of free amenities. It is also inclusive to those with disabilities, thanks to the innovative Seatrac technology. Visitors are often taken aback by the unique, round-shaped changing rooms nestled beneath the pine trees. Rows of sunbeds stretch across the beach, with some even nestled beneath the shade of the pines. However, if you prefer to bask on the sand itself, there is plenty of space available - though it can fill up quickly on sunny days. Adventurous visitors can also take part in water sports or diving. For those seeking refreshment, the beach offers a variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with many opting to enjoy a quick bite while taking in the stunning sea views on rainy days. This beach is particularly ideal when the wind is coming from the North, as the pine trees provide ample protection while still allowing for a refreshing swim. With a bus stop just a few meters from the entrance, this beach is easily accessible by any mode of transportation. Overall, this beach is widely regarded as the most well-organized on the island, set against a breathtaking backdrop of the protected biotope, Limni Strofilias.
The beach is absolutely amazing! The sand is incredibly fine and the water is crystal clear, allowing you to spot the fish swimming around. The picturesque view is further enhanced by the surrounding pine trees, but be cautious of the pine needles and avoid going barefoot near them. The public toilets are well-maintained and free of charge, and there are numerous changing booths available for your convenience.
Truly, this beach is a marvel to behold. Despite the throngs of people and abundance of sun-beds, its natural splendor remains unspoiled, and the crystal-clear waters continue to glisten. A mere €10 will secure you a set of sun-beds, and even during the busiest times, you can still snag a spot if you arrive before noon.
Skiathos boasts of a stunning beach that exudes natural beauty. It is well-maintained with ample sun beds that can be rented for a reasonable price of 10€, inclusive of an umbrella. The sand is fine and silky, and the waters are transparent and pristine, making it an ideal spot for swimming and other water activities.
