Kokkinia beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 76th place out of 419 beaches in the Central Greece region 129.1 km away from its center, the city of Lamia. It is one of the beaches of Agia Irini settlement, just 2.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and gray sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Kokkinia beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

To get to the beach, you need to drive along a dirt road about 2km long.

Located on the eastern side of Evia, this beach is truly a sight to behold. Although the journey to get there involves a 3km drive along a dirt road, the end result is absolutely worth it. The sunset here is simply breathtaking and the water is refreshingly inviting. This is definitely one beach that should not be missed!

The water is crystal clear and the beach is not too crowded, with only one umbrella per five meters. However, the three kilometers of dirt road leading to the beach are quite challenging and not suitable for regular cars. If you have a standard ticket, it's better to go to Kilado beach where you can easily access it and enjoy your time like a gentleman.

We recommend spending a minimum of two nights at this stunning location to fully appreciate all it has to offer. The final stretch of road leading to the beach is off-road and can be challenging, so it is recommended that you have a 4x4 vehicle, although any reliable car should suffice.
