Naberezhnaya Sokhumi is located on the Black Sea and it is in the 6th place out of 31 beaches in the Abkhazia region 33.5 km away from its center, the city of Gudauta. It is one of the beaches of Sokhumi settlement, just 1.2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a long bay with turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, partygoers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

I wanted to share my thoughts on Sukhum and its waterfront. This city is situated in the heart of Abkhazia and is truly one of the most stunning places along the southern Black Sea coast.
