It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

The beach on the Black Sea is quite average. It has a mix of sand and stones. If you want to swim comfortably, it's recommended to purchase aqua shoes with thick soles beforehand. For those with sensitive feet, the stones can be quite uncomfortable when getting in and out of the water. By August, the water temperature reaches around 29 degrees, which is perfect for those who enjoy a warm sea.

Tkhubyn is a paradise for those who appreciate tranquility, the beauty of nature, and crystal-clear waters. There are numerous nearby houses available for rent, conveniently located just a short 2-3 minute walk from the beach. It is simply stunning and highly recommended for anyone who isn't too particular about their accommodations. Getting to Sukhum is a breeze, as it is only a 15-20 minute ride on public transportation or a quick 5-minute taxi ride away. 😁👍
