Pereire Beach is located on the Biscay bay (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 15th place out of 27 beaches in the Gironde region 52.7 km away from its center, the city of Bordeaux. It is one of the beaches of Ancien Sanatorium Vincent de Paul settlement, just 1.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
