It is one of the beaches of Hale'iwa settlement, just 1.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

There’s lots of sea turtles here! The water is not the most clear and theres not many reefs for snorkelling. Be careful swimming here, there’s lots of rocks in the shallow areas, and lots of people fishing and spear fishing in the deeper more open areas.

Great spot to see some turtles while snorkeling 🤿. Got to see one big one and two little ones. In the coral area lots of fish. A little windy but not bad. Water is not cold during February. Definitely a must if you're in the North of the Oahu.

Beautiful beach. Plenty of sand to relax on with palm trees nearby for shade. The water can get pretty rough during the winter but we've been in the summer too and it was great for snorkeling. If you're lucky, you might see a turtle! I love beaches with parking lots, makes it so much easier. The bathrooms were clean and the surrounding grassy area was well cared for. Lots of places to eat or shop at before or after as well.
