Lainakea beach is a serene paradise with few visitors. It's a great spot to catch a glimpse of turtles.
My children had a blast learning to surf at this beach, although getting across the street or leaving the area was a bit challenging due to heavy traffic. Despite ample parking, we struggled to locate a public restroom. The beach wasn't overly crowded, but as others have mentioned, the rocky terrain makes it less than ideal for swimming.
The beach is amazing, but there's a major downside - no swimming allowed. It's a shame because the waves are fantastic and the sand is just right. However, we did spot two turtles swimming, which was a fun experience.
The beach located on the north side of the island is truly fantastic, and it's not overcrowded with visitors.
The beach is incredibly peaceful and offers stunning views, but the waves are quite large. While there is a lifeguard on duty for surfers, it's important to note that swimming is not allowed due to the sharp reef.
