This beach is my favorite spot.
This beach is a hidden gem and feels very secluded. It's a private beach, so you won't have to deal with crowds. If you come with a local resident, you'll have the best beach day ever.
Ah, what a lovely stretch of sand and sea! The water is crystal clear and the beach is immaculate. And the best part? There's plenty of street parking, so no need to stress about finding a spot. But alas, all good things must come with a catch. In this case, it's the insufferable house owner who thinks they're the queen of the beach. This old hag goes around harassing anyone and everyone, acting like she's the police. She even takes pictures and demands that people leave. It's a shame that most of the property owners in this area seem to be Karens - you know, those unhappy people who always want to speak to the manager. It's a shame that these folks have to spend millions of dollars to have a property by the beach, only to be miserable and ruin everyone else's fun. But fear not, dear reader - I'll be sure to update you on the Karens of this area.
The La Costa Beach Club offers a fantastic beach experience with restricted access, only available to the residents of the neighborhood who have deeded access rights. The beach boasts ample sand and facilities for hosting parties, making it a major draw for those looking to purchase property in the area.
Although the beach may seem inviting from the street, I would recommend visiting any of the other beaches nearby instead. La Costa beach has several problems that make it less than ideal for visitors. Firstly, there is extremely limited street parking due to the many driveways leading to private beach houses. Attempting to cross the street to park on the other side can be dangerous. Secondly, accessing the beach requires climbing over large, slippery boulders, which is not suitable for everyone. Elderly and young visitors may be at risk of falling. Thirdly, there are no bathrooms or trash cans available, making it unsanitary and inconvenient for visitors. Additionally, the beach has high tides, which can leave no dry sand to use. Visitors who attempt to use private sand or beach houses may be yelled at or even face legal consequences. Furthermore, there are no lifeguards on duty, making it dangerous for swimmers. The currents are deceptively strong, and even dipping your feet in the water can be risky. Lastly, it is nearly impossible to access Carbon Beach, which is next door and has many more amenities. It is better to park at one of the several Carbon Beach access points and walk in. Overall, there are several other nearby beaches that are much easier to access and have more facilities available for visitors.
