West Haven beach is located on the Atlantic ocean and it is in the 13th place out of 49 beaches in the Connecticut region 60.6 km away from its center, the city of Hartford. It is one of the beaches of Savin Rock settlement, just 0.7 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious several bays coastline with blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

This beach is absolutely stunning, with walkways that give the illusion of being surrounded by the ocean. There are plenty of trees for shade if you're looking to relax and read a book, or if you're in the mood for a scenic stroll. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so the whole family can enjoy a day out. And let's not forget the golden sand - it's simply breathtaking.

This beach is incredibly peaceful and perfect for spending time with loved ones. The breathtaking views and refreshing sea breeze have a grounding effect. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained, but the scenery is what really sets it apart. The cobblestone walls and seaweed add to the charm. I highly recommend visiting this beach.
