Casa Cayuco is a great place for adventurous and friendly people. Jack and his team are very caring and hospitable from the moment you arrive in Bocas. If you need anything, just let them know. The food is amazing and mostly focused on fish and plant-based options, which is great for any picky eaters in your group. The rooms are perfect. My best friend and I stayed in Tortuga and could hear the ocean all day and night. The excursions are a lot of fun. Say yes to everything and enjoy getting to know the other guests during communal meals. The adventures are well-planned and you can choose the ones that work best for your group. Coming to Casa Cayuco is a special experience. It's easy to fall in love with the island, the community of Salt Creek, and the laid-back and adventurous lifestyle. It's a romantic, family-friendly, friend-friendly, and group-friendly atmosphere all at once!

My family of four (with kids aged 13 and 9), my sister, and my best friend visited Casa Cayuco in early November to celebrate my 40th birthday. I discovered this eco lodge while searching on Google Maps, and I'm so grateful that I stumbled upon it! Our time at Casa Cayuco was absolutely amazing and easily one of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was carefully prepared, the excursions offered were fantastic, and the amenities on site were great. The rooms were beautiful and the location was picturesque. We also had the pleasure of making new friends with other guests who were staying there. It's a perfect destination for families with adventurous kids, groups of friends, or couples. Jose, the heart and soul of the place, made every excursion unforgettable and truly special. His love for the island is contagious. Each day was filled with once-in-a-lifetime experiences. As soon as we checked into our mono treehouse, we were greeted by the sight of a sloth munching on leaves right outside our room. The two other adults in our group stayed in a cabin near the ocean. Our room was a bit of a walk away from the main area, but I loved the tranquility and the sounds of the jungle. During our stay, we had some of the best snorkeling experiences of our lives, encountering countless fish, octopuses, nurse sharks, and corals. We also had the opportunity to paddleboard with dolphins, witness baby turtles hatching, marvel at starfish bigger than my head, swim in bioluminescence, and visit a nearby indigenous village. These were just a few of our favorite experiences during our time there. I would return to Casa Cayuco in a heartbeat, and we definitely have plans to do so in the future.

Casa Cayuco exceeded all of our expectations and made our honeymoon an absolute paradise. The staff went above and beyond to make every moment special, especially José. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel like part of the family. Thanks to him, we had some truly unforgettable experiences. The room we stayed in was perfect and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. Despite not having a lot of money to spend, the staff at Casa Cayuco made us feel like we were on a luxury vacation with their attention to detail. The service was exceptional, the prices were reasonable, and we were impressed by their commitment to sustainability and supporting the local community. We only regret not staying longer.

We had an amazing time at Casa Cayuco! The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and lovely. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and they made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Alondra, the manager, was always there to help us with organizing our diving trips and anything else we needed. Every morning, she would introduce us to the exciting adventures planned for the day. José, the captain and tour guide, made our snorkeling and exploration experiences unforgettable. He also taught us so much about the wonders of the Panamanian Caribbean Sea. In addition to the wonderful Casa Cayuco family, the hotel itself is simply beautiful. The decor is simple yet chic, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the food, which we were spoiled with four times a day, is fresh and delicious. Thank you, Casa Cayuco, for providing us with such a memorable stay. We loved every moment and hope to return someday!
