My husband and I have been back for a week now, but we can't stop talking about our trip as if we just returned yesterday. The customer service is absolutely incredible, starting from the moment we arrived at the airport lounge and set foot onto the resort. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed for a week, and within just one day, the staff already recognized us and would always take the time to say hello. The bar tenders are fantastic, we had our favorites, but all of them were good, friendly, and always ready to share a laugh. The food was outstanding, we tried almost all of the restaurants and never had a disappointing meal. It felt like fine dining at every meal. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of gluten-free options available. Most of the staff were knowledgeable and could offer recommendations from the menu. The buffet clearly marked all the gluten-free items, which was greatly appreciated. They were truly delicious, and as any gluten-free person knows, not all gluten-free food is good. The views were absolutely breathtaking, it was impossible to have a bad day when surrounded by such picturesque scenery. And the entertainment staff were incredibly talented, they really knew how to keep things lively.
I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. My room on the second floor had a beautiful view of the ocean. Although my travel companions were looking for a more lively party atmosphere, I personally loved the relaxed vibes. Before arriving, I had some concerns about the island and its people, but as soon as I got there, all my worries vanished. I can't praise the food enough. I tried every restaurant on the property and never had a single disappointing meal. Some of the soups were wonderfully simple yet delicious.
In general, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was consistently friendly and extremely helpful. We encountered a few minor setbacks, like our snorkeling trip being canceled due to bad weather and then rescheduled incorrectly. However, we managed to resolve the issue by purchasing snorkeling gear from the impressive and well-stocked gift shop. Another small concern was that we didn't receive the complimentary water bottles upon arrival, but it wasn't a big deal as we could manage without them. Apart from these minor hiccups, everything else was fantastic. The rooms were always clean, and the service was excellent. We would definitely choose to stay at this resort again in the future.
What an incredible experience from start to finish! There are endless activities to keep you entertained every day, and the staff is incredibly friendly. You won't have to wait for anything here because the staff is always on hand to assist you. The food is absolutely delicious and the menu changes daily, offering a wide variety of options. Whether you choose to spend your time at the beach or in the pools, the team is always there to cater to your needs. On our first full day, we had the pleasure of going on a Nature Walk with Alfred, who was absolutely amazing! He provided us with fascinating information about the plants and animals, and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire tour. It was definitely worth starting our day with this excursion. Later in the week, we had the opportunity to go SCUBA diving with Beetlejuice and the Scuba team. It was the highlight of our trip and Beetlejuice was not only kind and funny, but also very patient. We highly recommend going on a reef excursion with them. The coffee shop team was also extremely friendly and we enjoyed stopping by for a refreshing Frappe or a cup of coffee. The Fire Show was absolutely incredible and the performers were extremely talented. If you're looking for a peaceful, enjoyable, and laid-back Jamaican adventure, Tower Isles is the perfect destination for you.
The resort had a lovely setting and offered a breathtaking view. Although the property was small and outdated, it still served its purpose for relaxation. The beach was stunning, and their private island for nude bathing was perfect. The dining options and food were delightful. I also appreciated the room service, although it was not available 24 hours and ended at 9pm. The resort was approximately 1.5 hours away from the airport, but we didn't mind as the scenic views made up for it. The absolute highlight of the resort was the wide range of amenities included. Snorkeling, scuba diving, canoeing, paddleboarding, and other water sports were all available, and they even had multiple boats to assist with these activities. Additionally, they provided off-site activities that would normally come with an extra cost at other resorts. The only downside was that the resort was situated right next to a busy road, and unfortunately, you could hear the noise from cars, trucks, and motorcycles while enjoying the beach. Some people may not mind this, but coming from a city with constant noise, I definitely did not want to hear it during my island getaway. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation.
