The beach is easily accessible and convenient for visitors. However, the customer service could use improvement as it seems to lack attention to their needs.
I would rate this beach as a negative five if I could. However, it should be noted that the beach is easily accessible.
We brought along three umbrellas, three sunbeds, and three deck chairs for our day at the beach. After enjoying breakfast at Lido Conchiglia, we purchased some beers and settled in at a table to play a game of burraco. However, to our surprise, we were told that we couldn't play cards at the table without any explanation. It was only noon and the tables were empty, yet we were made to feel unwelcome despite having paid 70 euros. We left feeling mistreated and would not recommend Lido Conchiglia to others.
We had a disappointing experience at the beach and won't be returning. Despite purchasing 3 umbrellas, 3 sunbeds, and 3 deck chairs, we were told we couldn't play cards while enjoying breakfast and drinks at the bar. This happened even though it was well before lunchtime and there were plenty of empty tables. We felt unfairly treated and will likely choose to go to the neighboring free beach next time to save money.
The beach is located at the end of via Santo Janni and is easily accessible. The staff could be more friendly, but I visited in mid-July and there were plenty of sunbeds available. I don't think the prices are expensive, especially compared to other beaches in Tuscany. The sea is very clean and overall it's a great spot for a beach day.
