Focene beach is located on the Tyrrhenian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 16th place out of 74 beaches in the Rome region 24.2 km away from its center, the city of Roma. It is one of the beaches of Primavera settlement, just 5.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long several bays coastline with blue water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets, sea pool. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

This place is one of the top establishments in Porpoise. The ocean water is generally clean, and the food, particularly the restaurant for both lunch and dinner, is outstanding. The pizza is also quite tasty.

I started going to this beach when I was in elementary school, and now I have teenage children. It has always been a special place for me, no matter what. The feeling of peace and tranquility that comes with leaving my personal belongings under the umbrella is something I truly appreciate. Moreover, the basic services provided are easily accessible and well-maintained. The only thing I would suggest is to put the sun cover back on the children's play area. Overall, it's a great beach. However, the weekends can be quite overwhelming, just like any other place.

The beach has one of the best structures along the coast. The idea of having kiosks on the beach is good, but there are some issues with the contract management service. It's frustrating when they don't deliver and then wonder why things aren't working well. The bars and kiosks hardly have any food available until noon, and the staff lacks courtesy and kindness, which was not what was promised in the contract. It seems like the restaurant only has one pot because every time we asked for two servings, they claimed to be full, yet we only saw a maximum of 10 tables occupied. The staff is capable, but more attention should be given to the contracted management. It's like having a 200 horsepower car that can only go in first gear!

The beach is incredibly clean and meticulously maintained, with attention given to every detail. It offers separate pools for both children and adults. The canteen service is exceptionally affordable, and the food is expertly prepared and served in a cafeteria-style setting. I highly recommend it.
