Paralia Koroni is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 153th place out of 504 beaches in the Ioanian Islands region 183.9 km away from its center, the city of Corfu. It is one of the beaches of Thiramonas settlement, just 1.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and brown sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

The path leading to the beach is a combination of unpaved and gravel roads, and there are limited parking spots available at the bottom. It is recommended to use a vehicle with higher suspension to navigate the terrain comfortably. The beach itself is decent, and it offers great opportunities for taking stunning photographs.

The path leading to the beach may be a bit challenging, but with a sturdy 4x4 vehicle, it can be navigated with ease. However, smaller cars may struggle due to rocky terrain. Once you arrive at the beach, you'll be mesmerized by the picturesque surroundings, perfect for basking in the sun and relaxing. However, swimming may prove to be a bit of a challenge as the seabed is rocky and slippery, making it difficult to navigate. The waves can also be quite strong, as the beach is situated in an exposed part of the coast. While it may not be the easiest or most enjoyable swim, it's perfect for a quick dip to cool off.
