Nice nice
The beach in this charming town boasts a plethora of delightful taverns and bars. However, during our visit, the waves were immense and the gusty winds made the beach less than enjoyable.
Located in Agios Ioannis, this beach is surrounded by numerous stores and restaurants. However, if you're looking for a more popular and enjoyable option, consider visiting Papa Nero or Plaka, which are only a 10-minute walk away. It seems that older individuals prefer this beach due to the convenience of transportation. Overall, the beachside receives a 5-star rating, but if you have the option, it's recommended to choose either Papa Nero or Plaka for a better experience.
You should try this place!"
Undoubtedly, one of the most picturesque destinations on the planet (when it's not overrun by tourists). This coastal gem boasts three distinct beaches (Ai Giannis, Papa Nero, and Plaka - the latter requiring a brief trek but the payoff is more than worth it). Each beach exudes an air of exotic tranquility that is simply unparalleled. I highly recommend staying for a minimum of one week in order to fully explore the area, including a hike to Damouchari (yet another breathtaking beach nearby), as well as visits to Chorefto and Mylopotamos. A plethora of fantastic cafes, restaurants, and nightclubs ensure that there is never a dull moment, and for those who prefer a more rustic experience, there is also a camping site available at Papa Nero.
