Skrbici beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 200th place out of 315 beaches in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar region 10.2 km away from its center, the city of Rijeka. It is one of the beaches of Volosko settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and concrete cover, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. Describing this place as a beach might be a bit of an exaggeration. It's more of a small cove with access to swimming, and a shoreline that's covered in pebbles and rocks. However, it's quite pleasant in the afternoon, as you can choose to bask in the sun or find some shade.
