The beach is a great spot to soak up some sun, but be prepared for some curious glances from fellow beach-goers. My experiences here have been positive thus far, but it's wise to find a secluded spot if you plan on baring it all. I must admit, I did have a bit of a unique accessory with me in the form of a butt plug, which may have garnered some extra attention.
Very spacios beach with sand. An excellent place for families with kids. No natural shade but it is possible to rent a parasol. Many bars around.
On certain days, the beach may be bustling with activity, but the good news is that the food and ice cream outlets are affordable. My family and I absolutely adore this sandy shoreline, as it offers a safe environment with shallow waters that are perfect for wading. Additionally, pedalos are available for rent, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Without a doubt, this is the top child-friendly beach on Rab, and it's also conveniently located with ample parking options accessible by car.
The beach offers of soft sand and shallow, warm waters - perfect for kids to frolic in. There are a handful of beach bars that serve delicious food and refreshing drinks, adding to the overall experience. Adventurous souls can rent pedal boats or jet-skis, while those seeking a panoramic view can make their way to the rocky section of the beach that offers a bird's eye view of the entire stretch.
Awarding a rating of 4, this beach surpasses Rajska Plaza. The sandy shoreline is gentle, with water depth reaching only waist level at 100 meters. Although it can get quite crowded and requires paid parking, we managed to secure a pleasant spot towards the end, close to the rocks. Initially, the water was not very clear due to an abundance of sea grass. However, snorkelers will appreciate that beyond the rocks, the sea widens to approximately 20 meters. This makes it an ideal spot for children and swimmers alike.
