We were fortunate enough to have the beach all to ourselves. The sand was pleasantly warm and the gentle breeze added to the relaxing atmosphere. However, the surf and waves were quite intense and required a fair amount of effort to swim in. It's important to be cautious of the rocky sections to avoid any injuries. The powerful surf can easily sweep away even the strongest adult.
This is a wonderful spot to start your boat or personal watercraft, as well as any other floating device you may have. It's a relief that there aren't too many people who bring their kids to swim in the boat launch area, although it has happened a few times (which I find confusing). The majority of people who visit are friendly and embody the Aloha spirit. There are three lanes available for launching your water toys.
This beach is an excellent place to have a picnic and take in the beautiful scenery. Additionally, it is open to the public with no admission fee, so you can easily launch your watercraft into the bay and enjoy your day.
Although it's not suitable for swimming, the beach is perfect for dipping your toes in the water and taking in the beautiful scenery. I was impressed by how crystal clear the water was. While it may not be the most peaceful beach, it was still relatively calm.
This beach is definitely one of the best on the island. The water is simply amazing and the sand feels like you're walking on carpet. The drive from Wakiki Beach is also quite scenic. Overall, it was an amazing visit to the beach.
