This lovely beach provides an excellent opportunity for surfing enthusiasts to ride the waves. However, it tends to become crowded rather quickly, so it's best to arrive early. Fortunately, there is a designated changing area to make the transition from beachwear to street clothes a breeze.
The beach is truly splendid, offering an abundance of recreational facilities like volleyball courts. It's an ideal destination for both surfing and swimming enthusiasts.
Military members can enjoy fantastic bargains at MWR, with affordable rentals and surfing lessons on offer. The beach boasts waves that cater to both novice and experienced surfers, as evidenced by the diverse crowd in the water.
Undoubtedly, the most exceptional beach on the southern side for surfing enthusiasts. The beach offers a vast expanse of sand and multiple washing stations. Moreover, there is abundant parking space and rental facilities available for visitors. However, the only drawback is that the rental services shut down early around 4:30 PM, which can be inconvenient for some. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the beach, and it would be great if there was a designated area for them. On the bright side, there is a food truck on the beach, and it is a welcome addition. Hopefully, more food trucks will come to the beach in the future.
This shoreline is an ideal spot to ride the waves, whether you prefer a surfboard or boogie board. Lifeguards are on hand for added safety, and there are plenty of shaded areas with tables and benches available for all-day use. The water is absolutely stunning, but be mindful of the numerous rocks scattered throughout. It may not be suitable for infants to swim due to the powerful waves, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boogie boards and had a fantastic experience overall.
