This stunning beach is a sight to behold. The pristine sands are impeccably maintained, providing a safe and hygienic environment for all to enjoy. The ample parking facilities ensure that visitors can easily access this natural wonder without any hassle.
This is undoubtedly the most exceptional beachside camping location we have ever come across! The beach is immaculate, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the lifeguards and rangers are simply fantastic. The spot on the sand in Malibu is truly remarkable, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. However, it's essential to book your reservations well in advance to secure your spot.
Our experience of camping on the beach was a delightful one. It was our first time camping on the beach and we were thrilled to be so close to the ocean. The highlight of our camping trip was the proximity to the beach which allowed us to enjoy the ocean breeze and waves all day long. However, the only downside was the noise from the nearby freeway which kept us up all night. The constant sound of traffic and motorcycles on the 1 made it quite loud and difficult to sleep.
On a slightly chilly day in May of 2017, we arrived at a dog-friendly beach with a temperature of only 65 degrees Fahrenheit at 4:15 pm. It is highly recommended to reserve your spot online through recreation.gov or call for efficient service and information. Trust me, a phone call is worth it as they can assist you in booking two stays simultaneously, allowing you to explore the Pacific Coast Highway. The campsites are conveniently located within 50 yards of a bathroom and dumpster. Each site is equipped with a fire pit, picnic table, and a parking space of approximately 30 feet. Firewood is available for purchase at a reasonable price of 4-5 pieces for $7. In the event of a shortage, the next park, located two miles down the road, has more supplies. The breathtaking scenery is the highlight of this beach. The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep, and when you wake up, you will be greeted by the stunning view of the beach in front of you and numerous hiking trails behind you.
This beach is an ideal location for those looking to camp in style. Whether you prefer RVs or tents, this spot is perfect for you. While there are no hookups or dump stations, there are plenty of water outlets available. The spacious paved areas located just steps away from the sand make for a comfortable stay. The beach itself boasts a mixture of sand and large rocks, providing a unique and picturesque landscape. At only $35 per night, the views of the hills from your window and behind you are unbeatable. Overall, this campsite is a great choice for anyone seeking a serene and scenic getaway.
