What a stunning beach! As I arrived, the sun had just set, and the sky was painted with beautiful hues. Though the tide was coming in, and the waves were close to the rock wall, I enjoyed a lovely walk along the shore. The rock formations make for a picturesque backdrop, attracting many photographers capturing shots of people. The parking lot offers ample space for vehicles, and there are even port-a-potties for convenience. This is a fantastic location for a photo shoot, and I highly recommend it!
The beach is absolutely amazing! It's highly recommended to arrive early as parking spaces tend to fill up quickly. Additionally, it's important to check the tide information beforehand since some parts of the beach may be inaccessible during high tides. The descent to the beach can be a bit challenging, so it's best to prepare accordingly. The path is characterized by uneven surfaces and loose rocks! However, the reward for making it down is a breathtaking sight of stunning rock formations.
The beach is undoubtedly a 5-star destination, however, the parking situation leaves much to be desired. Despite the inconvenience, the experience of strolling along the sandy shoreline and soaking up the sun is truly delightful. Regrettably, the parking lot is in dire need of maintenance and navigating through it can be quite challenging. Considering the parking fees, one would expect a more satisfactory parking experience. Nevertheless, I highly recommend visiting this beach, but it's advisable to park on the highway if you're with adults. If you're with children, it's best to skip this location due to the hazardous parking conditions.
The parking lot may be limited in space, but it's worth the wait for a spot as the view is truly breathtaking. From the lot, you can see both the majestic mountains and the inviting beach just a short distance away. It's important to note that parking is available for $3 per hour or $6 for the whole day (although I can't recall the exact fee). I found that two hours was plenty of time to appreciate the scenery without partaking in any beach activities, just a leisurely stroll. Portable public restrooms are available, although I didn't use them and can't attest to their cleanliness. It's also important to note that the beach is only open until sunset, so plan accordingly.
I had a wonderful experience at this beach. Although it may not be the widest, the bluffs on the edge add a unique touch to its natural beauty. Two staircases connect the beach with the parking lot, making it easily accessible. The sand is soft and the natural arch is a sight to behold. The sea is calm with gentle waves, making it perfect for a relaxing day out. My overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this beach. It definitely deserves five stars for its stunning appearance and the cool arch.
