Instow beach is a pleasant sandy beach located at an estuary, making it perfect for leisurely walks. Swimming is prohibited, but visitors are welcome to bring their furry friends along, as dogs are permitted on the beach. Additionally, there is a convenient pay and park option available for beachgoers.

Nestled discreetly behind the main road, this hidden gem is a delight to visit. It welcomes both dogs and cats, making it perfect for a leisurely evening walk on the sand. My cat thoroughly enjoys exploring the area and receiving plenty of attention from unsuspecting passersby. The beach is spacious and remains uncrowded during off-peak times. Although swimming is not advisable due to nearby sewage works, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking and the sunsets are truly magnificent. Additionally, there is a generously-sized pay and display carpark on site, along with a few local eateries and pubs just a short 5-minute walk away. The natural beauty of this place is simply stunning.

The beach is incredibly welcoming and never overcrowded, with numerous dining options along the extensive shoreline. At one end, there is a locally operated small supermarket/deli and a shack selling beach essentials, while at the other end, there is an oyster bar. Additionally, there is one hotel and four pubs suitable for families.

Instow Beach was absolutely stunning. In the evening, we decided to take our furry friend for a leisurely stroll along its shores. As the sun began to set, we couldn't help but notice the gentle, unhurried rise of the tide. Surprisingly, there were still numerous individuals enjoying their walks with their four-legged companions. Moreover, this beach boasts exceptional cleanliness and tidiness. It is incredibly convenient to reach and offers an abundance of parking options along the road.
