It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. The beach offers stunning scenery, but it's not safe for swimming as the gently sloping shoreline abruptly transforms into a steep underwater drop-off caused by the powerful currents of the estuary's deep water channel. Additionally, the beach has gorgeous golden sand.

This expansive beach is a paradise for pet owners, with ample space for dogs to run and play. However, the lack of restroom facilities and the steep £5 parking fee for just an hour's visit before heading to Appledore detract from the experience. Despite this, the attendant overseeing the parking lot was exceedingly friendly and accommodating.
