I almost don't want to leave this review in case more people discover this piece of heaven on earth. The accommodation is high quality and literally on the beach. Super clear 3 bed apartment with living/dining room space and a small kitchenette. Views from the balcony are exceptional. The only downfall is the quality of food in the restaurant, very low level and overpriced but plenty of high quality and well priced eateries in the area so lots of options. Given that everything else is literally superb, an uplift in the restaurant experience would take this over the 5 start rating. Highly recommend but eat out or use the supermarkets for convenience. Not great for older less mobile people as area very hilly and steep. There are steps up to the main road but again, approximately 150/200 steps is a challenge for those less mobile.
Have been visiting this beach for 38 years. Have seen it change but still enjoy it as much. Can't comment on accommodation as it is only a dream to afford to stay in it. However café, hire shop and staff lovely. Toilets let the beach down they could do with major updating but other than that it's amazing as always!
Had a guided your of all Facilities, fabulous rooms in a lovely setting very high standard throughout Will definitely be back.
We loved this beach. It was the nearest to our holiday house and spent the last two days og our stay on it. Fun exploring caves. Great for surfing and body boarding. The two year old with us loved it too. Nice beach bar with very good ice-cream and drinks. Well looked after by the coast guards.
Fantastic day out for all the family. We swam in the historic sea pools and explored to local shops and cafes. There are a few places to park, close to the Falcon Hotel is cheaper than by the sea pools and only a short walk.
