Rin Nai Beach is located on the Gulf of Thailand (part of South China Sea) and it is in the 47th place out of 95 beaches in the Surat Thani region 100.6 km away from its center, the city of Surat Thani. It is one of the beaches of Ban Hat Rin settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

A significant part of the beach has a restricted access. The beach facilities are only available to hotel guests. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

This charming beach may require a bit of effort to reach, as it involves traversing some hills and trekking. However, its exclusivity is enhanced by the close proximity of various resorts, some of which are undergoing refurbishment. Despite this, caution should be exercised during jellyfish season, which runs from May to October, as the presence of warning signs indicates the potential danger. It is worth noting that one section of the beach appeared to be neglected, resembling either an abandoned shanty town or a genuine one for impoverished residents. Depending on one's level of tolerance or social responsibility, this may detract from the overall experience. Nevertheless, the beach is visually appealing, with a lengthy floating jetty at the northern end and crystal-clear water, making it ideal for sunbathing and admiring the sunset.
