Chang Tong Beach is located on the Andaman Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 13th place out of 20 beaches in the Ranong region 25.3 km away from its center, the city of Ranong. It is one of the beaches of Moken Village settlement, just 3.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

We have been visiting Koh Chang for 15 years. Although we have never stayed at this particular place, we are quite familiar with it and its owner, as well as many of the recurring visitors who come here every year. Give it a shot and see for yourself.

The beach offers bungalows, a restaurant, and refreshing fruit shakes. Additionally, there is a small convenience shop available. It's a great spot to either stay or simply unwind while enjoying some delicious food. This place is situated right in front of Aow Yai, boasting a wide and stunning beach. The food here is tasty and reasonably priced.

We've visited this beach numerous times solely for its amazing food and generous portion sizes. It's also an excellent spot to catch breathtaking sunsets. Another appealing aspect is the availability of a large bottle of Archa beer for only 70 Baht, which adds to the overall enjoyment of our time here. Additionally, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
