It is one of the beaches of Armacao dos Buzios settlement, just 1.9 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. The beach is nice, but parking could be a problem. There are some coffee shops for food and drinks. The sand is a little dirty, the sea has gentle waves and is not cold. The view is stunning.

I visited another fantastic beach in Buzios that wasn't too crowded when I went. We met a friendly lady who provided us with umbrellas and excellent service. The fish we ordered from her was delicious, and the caipirinha was just what we needed. The beach was a bit narrow, but it didn't bother me too much. Overall, it was a really relaxing day in a beautiful setting.
