The hike to the beach is definitely worth it. The beach itself is stunning and truly feels like a paradise.
This beach can only be reached by trail from Praia do Sono and is quite secluded. There are some creeks that flow into the beach and plenty of shaded areas to relax in. The waves can be quite strong, so I would only recommend it for sunbathing. It's important to note that since it's not a popular spot, swimming can be dangerous without anyone around to help. Additionally, camping is not allowed on the beach as it is part of the Joatinga Reserve.
The beach is stunning and offers great waves, but it's important to be cautious of the current that can pull you out to sea. Unfortunately, there are no signs to warn of the danger, so it's best to be extra careful. If you do get caught in a current, try to swim parallel to the shore and then make your way back to the beach once you're out of it. Safety should always be a top priority when enjoying the beach.
The beach is stunning and secluded, with a small path leading to Antiguinhos beach. You can reach it by boat from Vila do Oratório or by taking the Tb trail. The natural pool is peaceful, and the water at the beach is crystal clear with gentle waves and shallow depths. During Carnival, the boat ride costs 50.00 per person, but the beach is still quiet, even on holidays, with no vendors or kiosks. Additionally, there's a trail that leads to Praia do Sono, and halfway through, there's a lookout point.
I stumbled upon the beach path by chance and decided to check it out around 6:30 AM. It was a peaceful walk and I didn't encounter anyone on the trail or at the beach. I had the entire beach to myself for about 20 minutes before others started arriving. The beach is stunning and definitely worth visiting.
