It is one of the beaches of San Pedro de Alcantara settlement, just 1.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal blue water and gray pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. The beach itself is not very nice. Lots of rocks in the water and the sand also not nice. But the paseo is nice to have a walk and there's a few restaurants but some are closed. Also lots of parking.

Very average place. There are a lot of pebbles and the smell of sewage. Better walk for 2 km to find a prettier beach. This area is better for walking.

Sea is beautiful, of course, but it’s not suitable for swimming or walking on the beach. Sand is mixed with a lot of pebbles so I don’t recommend walking barefoot. As for the water it has strong waves and pebbles hit so hard that I actually hurt my leg and got bruised. My husband hit his knee on the underwater rock. Also water is on the cold side (visited end of August). Very nice area for walking on the esplanade or for eating out in the local restaurants though.

Well maintained peaceful beach with a fine shingle surface that does become larger and more challenging to walk across the closer you get to the sea. Also it is rather difficult to walk into the sea, you kind of have to just lung forward into a breast stroke to avoid the rocks, moss & sea weed.
