It is a long several bays coastline with turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. Praia de Ponzos is expansive, boasting plenty of waves and a nice breeze. The nudist area, located further from the lifeguard booth to the right, is usually sparsely populated and the waves can make it tough to take a dip.

This place is an absolute paradise! Its soft, white sands stretch for miles, and it's large enough to accommodate plenty of visitors. At the far end of the beach is a nudist area, which is popular with many. The car park is a bit small and not paved, but this doesn't detract from the beauty of the beach.
