Aguieira beach is located on the Atlantic ocean and it is in the 9th place out of 178 beaches in the A Coruña region 37.5 km away from its center, the city of Santiago de Compostela. It is one of the beaches of Quintans settlement, just 1.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. The beach is absolutely stunning. If you plan on finding a parking spot, it's best to arrive early. However, there is ample space on the sand, and you'll also find a small stand that sells ice cream and occasionally food. Additionally, there are restroom facilities available, as well as kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals.
