Cala Puntalejo is located on the Gulf of Cadiz (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 55th place out of 91 beaches in the Cádiz region 29.9 km away from its center, the city of Cádiz. It is one of the beaches of Conil de la Frontera settlement, just 4.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a tiny bay with crystal blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Cala Puntalejo coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

The cove is a bit tricky to get to, but not too bad. At high tide the sand is almost completely gone, but there are plenty of rocks to put your towel on. It's great for diving or swimming, and it's mostly a nudist beach. Plus, you can bring your dog!
