Roche Beach is located on the Gulf of Cadiz (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 9th place out of 91 beaches in the Cádiz region 26.6 km away from its center, the city of Cadiz. It is one of the beaches of Novo Sancti Petri settlement, just 4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a small bay with crystal blue water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Playa de Roche is an absolute dream for families, especially with its gentle sloping shoreline. The wind can be quite strong here, creating lots of waves, so make sure to tie back your hair or it may get stuck to your sun lotion and lip balm. The sunsets here are breathtaking and if you go in October, you'll be rewarded with warm, inviting waters and a virtually deserted beach. Plus, there's free parking and plenty of play areas for the kids. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing day in the sun!
