Tenuta Primero is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 23th place out of 26 beaches in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region 26.3 km away from its center, the city of Triest. It is one of the beaches of Rotta Primero settlement, just 0.8 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious several bays coastline with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season. There is a campsite located nearby.

Despite the fact that a significant part of the beach is occupied by resorts, there is still a fairly large area with free access. The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. Daily boat rental service is located nearby. This area has also a water park in the sea with various inflatable toys which constitute excellent activities for parents and children.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities, sup-surfing, sea kayaking. This beach is popular for windsurfing or kiteboarding.

Fans of active recreation can take part in beach volleyball.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

It was quite a disappointment! I went to the campground this week, specifically choosing it for the sports equipment and activities. However, to my dismay, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking were not available. On top of that, the sea level was extremely low, reaching a mere 20 cm, and the beach was filled with seagrass! On a positive note, the staff, particularly at the Kite Bar, were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was also satisfactory.

The beach's location was a delightful surprise! If you're looking for late evening activities, I recommend heading to Grado or a similar place. It's a fantastic location!

The rooms had some issues, but the technicians resolved them by turning off the heating. The service didn't meet the expectations of a 4-star rating, and unfortunately, they didn't offer any compensation like a credit or even a bottle of wine, which is commonly done at other places. Overall, it gives the impression of being greedy.

The beach was absolutely lovely, and the service provided was excellent! The design was stylish and the pool was fantastic. It had all the amenities necessary for a relaxing experience. We particularly enjoyed the unique style of the beach. The staff members were extremely pleasant. The breakfast was extensive, with a wide variety of delicious options, and it was served on a terrace that offered a stunning view of the beach. While swimming in the sea wasn't ideal, the recently renovated pool was truly a dream, complete with comfortable sunbeds, towels, and a bar. The cottages were well-equipped and well-organized. Each one had a charming garden and an outdoor seating and dining area. It was a truly wonderful place, and we highly recommend it!

The cottages were both comfortable and stylish, and we opted for the Deluxe option. The grounds of the beach were absolutely beautiful. However, what truly made our experience enjoyable was the staff. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was as enjoyable as possible. A special shout-out goes to the staff at the Yacht Club restaurant and reception. We are already considering a return visit in the future.
