There's a stunning naturist beach located close to Kassiopi. To get there, simply follow the path that leads through a small "forest" on the eastern end of Avlaki.
If you're a fan of naturism or nudism, or if you love snorkeling, this beach is perfect for you! To reach Avlaki East Beach, take a 10-minute walk through the beautiful woods located to the right of Avlaki Beach (facing the sea). You'll see signs pointing in the direction of the "Nude/Nudist Beach ➡️". The beach is just the right size and is very secluded and peaceful (at least, in May). While there may be some walkers or cyclists passing by, they tend to leave quickly. When I was there, I saw two straight couples in their 40s or 50s, one topless and one nudist, as well as a single man. A few boats also popped into the bay out of curiosity, and a nudist boater even anchored there for a while. One textile man also enjoyed snorkeling around the bay. Sunbathing can be a bit challenging or uncomfortable because the beach is pebbled, not sandy. However, you can also sit or lay down on the large, flat rocks. I personally enjoyed sunbathing on the little pebbles, but I know it's not for everyone. The best activities to do here are snorkeling and exploring the different little bays by clambering on the rocks. It's also ideal for swimming, but watch out for sea urchins near the rocks on the left side of the beach. Enjoy the peacefulness and privacy of this beautiful beach!
This beach is a peaceful spot, but it's advisable to bring beach shoes due to the pebbles. A good beach towel or mat would also be helpful. The snorkeling is excellent at both ends of the beach, with interesting rocks and a small tunnel near the headland between Avlaki main beach and the east beach. You can spot a variety of fish, including mullet and Mediterranean morays, but watch out for sea urchins. The beach is designated as a nudist area, with clear signs along the path through the trees from the main beach. The path continues through a nature reserve, so expect to see other people walking by. In early September, there are usually about 10 people on the beach, some of whom are nude. The sea is typically calm and clear throughout the day.
My favorite beach in Corfu is here - my paradise. You can reach the main Avlaki Beach by car and then it's just a 4-minute walk to this paradise. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The water is crystal clear and filled with fish. The nude section is secluded from the main beach and there are still places to hide from others. The water is warm and the view is one of the best you'll ever see, with an amazing underwater world. I highly recommend visiting this place - you won't regret it.
This is a great nudist beach! However, it's important to note that on certain days the wind and waves can be quite strong, so it's a good idea to check the weather beforehand. Additionally, be sure to watch out for mosquitoes on the way back.
