Argilos beach is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 43th place out of 478 beaches in the Crete region 58.4 km away from its center, the city of Kastelli. It is one of the beaches of Xerokampos settlement, just 0.8 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and pure bright fine sand, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. It's hard to believe how deserted this beach is. The water is crystal clear and the scenery is breathtaking. The clay found here is a real treat for the skin, leaving it feeling incredibly soft. If you walk south along the beach, you'll come across plenty of clay deposits to enjoy.
