It is one of the beaches of Pachia Ammos settlement, just 3.1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a straight coastline with crystal blue water and light pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Frouzis beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

Although not ideal for swimming, this beach is perfect for unwinding to the soothing sound of the waves. Additionally, the views of the Aegean are truly breathtaking.

I went to this beach in May, and although the water was crystal clear and had a beautiful hue, it was quite chilly. The beach itself is not very welcoming, as it is full of rocks and stones. Additionally, the road leading to the beach is not ideal for cars, unless you have a 4x4. Lastly, it's advisable to bring an umbrella for protection from the sun.
