Kalamos beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 181th place out of 419 beaches in the Central Greece region 210.2 km away from its center, the city of Lamia. It is one of the beaches of Kastri settlement, just 1.2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright shell sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Kalamos beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

To get to the beach, you need to drive along a dirt road about 2km long.

The beach is a stunning sight to behold, offering access to multiple small but equally picturesque beaches. Although it may require some effort to reach, the journey is undoubtedly worth it. During my visit in the middle of August, I noticed a few campers but not many people, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
