Kóskina beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 125th place out of 419 beaches in the Central Greece region 165.9 km away from its center, the city of Lamia. It is one of the beaches of Koskina settlement, just 2.6 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

The beach is small, but it offers great protection from the Meltemi winds. The sunset is beautiful and the beach is conveniently easy to reach. When we visited in early September, it was completely empty.

The beach was absolutely stunning, but it could use some improvement. After spending an hour cleaning up, we managed to collect around 30kg of plastic in 8 bags! However, there is another fantastic beach nearby, right by the church, which is even better. It offers free umbrella stands and shady areas. If this beach could address the problem of plastic waste in the sea, it would definitely deserve more stars. Despite that, we had the whole beach to ourselves all day, so if you're looking for privacy, this is the place to go.
