Delfinia beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 36th place out of 401 beaches in the Peloponnese region 72.7 km away from its center, the city of Tripoli. It is one of the beaches of Proastio settlement, just 1.7 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and gray pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This stunning beach boasts a charming café and convenient restroom facilities. Though the majority of the shoreline is covered in smooth stones, there are pockets of soft sand to sink your toes into. Visiting in June, I was pleased to find that the beach was never overcrowded. However, if you're hoping for a prime spot, it's best to arrive early and claim your spot. Some areas of the beach offer shade well into the afternoon, making it the perfect spot for a midday siesta. Parking is available at the top of the road or closer to the beach if you arrive early enough. The crystal-clear waters make it a wonderful destination for swimming and snorkeling.
