It is one of the beaches of Velika settlement, just 1.8 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long bay with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is a great spot for swimming, although certain areas are more preferable than others. It is important to exercise caution with children, as the water gets deep quite quickly. Additionally, the sea can become quite stormy and wavy, so it's important to prioritize safety, as there are no lifeguards on duty. The beach provides lounge chairs, and depending on where you choose to sit, there are coffee shops where you can also order light meals. It is conveniently located about an hour's drive from the city of Larissa, Greece.
