Spiada beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 244th place out of 348 beaches in the Thessaly region 88 km away from its center, the city of Lárisa. It is one of the beaches of Marathias settlement, just 3.2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and black sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.
